Hookah parlors barred
An ordinance prohibiting hookah parlors in the city will be drafted, the El Centro City Council decided Tuesday. Hookah parlors aren't listed in the city's ordinance, said Community Development Director Norma Villicaña, and as a result they are prohibited.

Love your photos! London is one of my frivuaote cities and I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately too! My older daughter is a bit of a Harry Potter nut and loved seeing all the filming sites in London including the Millennium Bridge. Did you know that the book Half Blood Prince starts in 1996 and doesn’t mention the bridge but in the movie we see the Millennium Bridge (opened in 2000) get destroyed? Useless Harry Potter trivia of the day!
